For 20+ years we ran commercial teams at UberEats, Monitor Deloitte, EY and hundreds of enterprise and mid-market clients in the consumer, automotive and technology sectors. We hired SDRs by the dozen. We trained CSMs. We watched inbound leads slip through the cracks after hours, scrambled to ramp new reps to quota, and saw founders burn out chasing first contact with their own prospects.
Then voice AI got really good. Realtime, emotive, conversational and human-level latency.
So we first built a sales coaching and roleplay platform to ramp sellers and clone top reps. Few clients in, we realized the clients wanted something bigger – agents that moved pipeline, autonomous top-of-funnel pitches, prospect qualification and auto CRM updates. Every little alpha we could give the human seller was the premium clients were hungry for. That's when we created the voice agent platform that lives across channels (web / phone / online calls), does multi-thread prospecting and pitches across channels, and drives revenue.
One agent, every surface, the same brain everywhere. We deployed it on our own pipeline before we showed it to anyone else. It worked. So we shipped it.
