We don't issue refunds on credits once purchased, but you have plenty of runway to use them. Every top-up stays valid for a 6-month grace period from the purchase date – regardless of how fast or slow you draw it down. Auto-top-up is opt-in, so you'll never be billed for credits you didn't choose to add. After 6 months any unused balance expires. If you've run into an unusual situation – an accidental top-up, a billing error, a service issue we caused – write to support@otaruai.com and we'll work it out.
Yes. Plug your existing Twilio account into Meridian for free – there's no extra charge to use a number you already own. In fact we recommend this to enable branded calling and better compliance for your domain. If you don't have one, we'll provision one as a sub-account on Twilio for $2/month.
The agent finishes the active call gracefully (no abrupt cut-off) and you'll see a low-balance prompt in the dashboard. Auto-top-up is available if you want to set a refill threshold so you never have to think about it.
No. You're not paying for seats. Create as many agents as you want, deploy them on as many channels as you want – pricing is purely per minute of conversation. Your team can build a sales agent, a support agent, and a receptionist for the same cost as one.
No. By default we don't record audio or video of calls. What we do retain is the structured transcript of every conversation (text only), which powers the dashboard, search, and CRM exports. If your use case needs full audio or video recording – for compliance, QA, training – we can enable it as an on-demand feature with either Otaru-managed or your own self-hosted storage of recordings.
