We run a built-in partner program with referral attribution and funnel analytics. Agencies typically operate one of two models: pass-through (your clients pay Otaru directly at a discount you negotiate, plus your retainer for setup and management) or reseller (you pay Otaru, mark up the per-minute rate, bill your client).
